Beef Breakfast Strips

Use it like beef bacon, it's smoked and cut into strips so you can fry it for breakfast (so lean there's basically zero shrinkage....recommend using some lard to fry) and eat it straight, use it on sandwiches or cut it up and use it as a salad topper.

It's cooked so you can even eat it right from the bag while driving - should your morning come to that! :)
