Want to eat liver but can't bring yourself to eat plain liver? Try Braunschweiger! Liver mixed with bacon, its sure to ease you into all the health benefits of liver. It's very hard to find a braunschweiger without all the junk in it! 

Here's a great video on one way to use our wonderful Braunschweiger as a filling in ravioli! So good! 

Most people eat it plain as a smear on crackers but I grew up eating it fried and with eggs. Check out this blog post for the recipe.
