American Grassfed Approved, Certified Naturally Grown, British White Park Beef offer you a large, lean steak. Sirloin steak is from the back of the cow, right before the rump. To keep the meat tender, we suggest cooking the steak over high heat for a short amount of time to medium rare or medium temperature. Slice thinly and serve.
